Our contact and estimate request form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service that relays your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms may briefly process your submission data as part of that delivery. We encourage you to review Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

Uploaded plan files and attachments are transmitted through the same form service and stored by us for the purpose of preparing your estimate.

We retain project inquiries, quotes, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to service your request, maintain business records, and meet any applicable legal or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 6).

We take reasonable steps to protect information you share with us, including limiting access to project files and client records to team members who need them to prepare your estimate. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
