Cahill Estimating Inc provides construction cost estimating services, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, stamped structural drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, bid drafting, and permit submission packages, for general contractors and subcontractors in the United States.
All quantity takeoffs and cost estimates are prepared based on the plans, scope, and information provided by the client at the time of the request, and on material and labor pricing believed to be current as of that date. Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost — they are not guarantees of final project cost, material availability, or labor pricing at the time of construction. Actual costs may vary due to market conditions, scope changes, site conditions, or information not available at the time of estimating.
Where a licensed engineering stamp is requested and provided, that stamp reflects the professional review of the licensed engineer who issued it, in accordance with their own professional licensing obligations. Cahill Estimating Inc facilitates this service but does not itself assume the licensed engineer's professional responsibility for stamped work product.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current plans, scope descriptions, and project information. Estimates prepared from incomplete or outdated plans may require revision once complete information is provided, and Cahill Estimating Inc is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
Turnaround times stated on this website (such as 24–48 hours) are typical estimates for standard-scope requests and are not guaranteed delivery times for every project. Payment terms, invoicing, and any deposit requirements will be communicated directly per engagement and are not governed by this website alone.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Cahill Estimating Inc unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Plans and drawings submitted by clients remain the property of the client; Cahill Estimating Inc uses them solely to prepare the requested estimate.
